Impact for Lakeville

Since it was planted in 1975, Bethlehem has been committed to making an impact in Lakeville and the surrounding communities. In 1980, the first building project created space to accomplish the mission of this church. Then in 2005 a new building created even more space.

The need for more space continued. About 19 acres near Lakeville North High School will be Bethlehem's future home.

Watch the video below for an introduction to the building campaign.

Sale of old property

One of the main steps to transition to a larger ministry facility was to sell our property at Iberia and County Road 50. That sale was finalized as of October 1, 2017. Congrats to Valley Christian Church on their new home!

Starting on October 8, 2017, Bethlehem began to use Lakeville North High School's auditorium for services.

Construction Underway

Construction has begun! The property is currently under development and is scheduled to be complete by summer 2019.

In the meantime, please pardon the mess! The construction process isn't so pretty to look at, but the end result will be a beautiful property with dozens of new trees that compliment the beautiful neighborhood we're in. We think you'll love it!

Opening as NorthCross

In November 2018 the decision was made to open the doors to our new facility with a new name: NorthCross Lutheran Church. While changing your family name isn't an easy thing to do, we decided it was the best way to communicate how much we love our community and what we want to do in it.

We embrace the fact that Minnesota is often referred to as the "bold north." We simply want to share Jesus and the impact of his cross with the people we love. We are NorthCross.

That's why we are where we are. Click here to learn more about what drives our mission as a church.
